AI OBJECTION HANDLING COACH

How It Works

Practice. Respond. Get Coached. Improve.

The AI Objection Handling Coach is an interactive training environment designed to help insurance and financial advisors practice handling real client objections through realistic voice conversations.

This is not a chatbot that simply gives you the “right answer.” It becomes your prospect, challenges you with realistic objections, reacts to the way you communicate, and then becomes your coach to evaluate your performance and help you improve.

Choose How You Want to Train

MODE 01

Rapid Fire

Practice individual objections one at a time.

The AI gives you an objection such as:

“It’s too expensive.”
“I need to think about it.”
“I already have an advisor.”

You respond exactly as you would with a real client. The AI then gives you immediate feedback and, when useful, lets you try again.

MODE 02

Scenario Training

Step into a realistic client situation.

You receive only the information you would realistically know. The prospect may have concerns they do not reveal immediately.

Your job is to listen, ask the right questions and discover what is really preventing the client from moving forward.

MODE 03

Full Client Simulation

Experience a complete client conversation.

The AI becomes the prospect and reacts dynamically to everything you say. Objections emerge naturally throughout the conversation, just as they would in a real meeting.

No scripts. No predetermined “correct sentences.”

Choose Your Difficulty

BEGINNER — Clear objections and cooperative prospects.
INTERMEDIATE — Hidden concerns, secondary objections and greater resistance.
ADVANCED — Sophisticated prospects, layered objections, ambiguity and more challenging conversations.

The Prospect Knows More Than They Tell You

This is one of the most important parts of the training. The AI prospect may have a hidden concern that you do not know.

The prospect may say
“I need to talk to my wife.”

That may be completely genuine. But the prospect may also personally believe that the premium is too high.

The AI will not automatically tell you this.

Ask superficial questions and you may receive superficial answers. Ask thoughtful, relevant questions and the prospect will gradually reveal more.

The Prospect Reacts to You

The simulation is dynamic.

Trust can increase when you:
âś“ Listen carefully
âś“ Ask relevant questions
âś“ Communicate clearly
✓ Respect the prospect’s concerns
âś“ Respond transparently
Resistance can increase when you:
Ă— Interrupt
Ă— Pressure the prospect
Ă— Ignore concerns
Ă— Give generic sales pitches
Ă— Make unsupported claims

Need Help? Ask Your Coach.

If you get stuck during a simulation, simply say:

“Help me.”   |   “Give me a hint.”   |   “Coach me.”   |   “Pause.”

The AI will temporarily leave the prospect role and become your coach. It can give you a strategic hint, then return you to the same moment so you can try again.

You Will Be Evaluated

The AI Coach evaluates how effectively you manage the conversation across key skills:

Listening   |   Acknowledgement   |   Clarification   |   Discovery   |   Objection Isolation
Response Quality   |   Value Connection   |   Communication   |   Professionalism   |   Advancement

The goal is not to memorize scripts. There may be many excellent ways to respond to the same objection. The Coach evaluates your thinking, questioning, communication and professional judgment.

Saying “Yes” Is Not the Goal

A successful conversation does not necessarily end in a sale.

Sometimes the prospect genuinely cannot afford the recommendation. Sometimes they need another decision-maker involved. Sometimes they need additional information. And sometimes they simply decide not to proceed.

The objective is not to pressure every prospect into saying yes. The objective is to reach the right professional outcome.

After Each Scenario

Your Coach will show you:

âś“ What you did well
âś“ What you missed
âś“ The surface objection
âś“ The real underlying objection
âś“ Whether you discovered it
âś“ The key turning point in the conversation
âś“ What you could have done differently
One Rule Before You Begin

Don’t try to sound perfect.
Respond exactly as you would with a real client.

Listen carefully.   Ask before assuming.   Understand before answering.
The goal is not to overcome every objection.
The goal is to understand what is really behind it — and respond professionally.
